Greetings, I am Andrea Jacobs and I’m excited to be one of the 6th grade ELA teachers at Horace O'Bryant Middle School. I am a conch, born and raised in Key West.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Education-Teaching and Learning. 

I recently decided to change my career trajectory as my passion is to extend my knowledge and enthusiasm through mentorship and helping students succeed throughout their academic journey.

I am excited to be teaching and at the same middle school I graduated from.
